In House Shipping Timeline:

Orders are shipped anywhere from 3-4 business days. If the delay is longer than this, you will be contacted via e-mail. Note that we are very sensitive to items arriving in time for Sacramental and other given dates, provided you let us know what they are. You will be contacted in advance if we cannot meet a date given. You will be sent an e-mail notifying of date shipped and tracking info, etc. If needed, rush services are available. See info below.

Same Day Shipping & Rush Orders
Available on phone orders only before 2 PM MST (may not be available during March thru May). Please call toll free 877-894-5131. A $10 charge is added to your order total for this service.

International Orders:
We specialize in shipping our top quality merchandise around the globe. We recommend you choose "Global Express Mail" when given your shipping options. Customs/Duties are the customer's responsibilities. Brokerage and other fees will be billed sperately to you by the contracted delivery company.
USPS First Class Mail - 1-5 postal days depending on proximity to AZ (Total weight of package must be 15 ounces or less.)
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 postal days (not a guaranteed service). Delivery Confirmation added at no extra charge.
USPS Express Mail - Usually guaranteed overnight to most metro US cities.
Fedex Ground - 1-5 business days depending on proximity to AZ. (Click for Map) Time frames not guaranteed. Trackable.
Fed Ex Express Saver - Guaranteed three business days service. Trackable.
Fed Ex 2 Day - Guaranteed two business days service. Trackable.
Fed Ex Overnight - Guaranteed overnight service. Trackable.
*Please note that we are not responsible for weather delays as they are out of our contol. If a shipping delay occurs due to weather, shipping charges are non-refundable as per FedEx's policy.
International Shipping Service Timeline Guides:

Military APO/FPO Shipments:
We proudly ship via the US Postal service to our
military families. Standard US shipping rates apply.
***Disclaimer: We reserve the right to switch to an alternate shipper who will provide the same or quicker delivery time frame as requested and charged. If the alternate shipper does not meet the delivery time frame, we will partially refund shipping charges upon request.
